The young person in your life has
reached that age where mobility becomes
a pressing issue. The theory test
is passed and the search to learn
how to drive is on.
As a parent / relative / friend you
are aware of the risks that go with
young drivers especially male young
drivers.
|
If the
young person in your life is thinking
about learning to drive, then the
ultimate safety present for them is
a residential driving course. The
course allows the young driver the
time to focus on the driving test
curriculum under the tuition of a
professional trainer so the knowledge
and skill required is gained to pass
the driving test. This approach puts
the young driver on a path to be a
lifelong safe and competent driver.
As training progresses we will graph
the progress made so the young driver
knows exactly how much they have progressed
during training. Knowing where you
are and where you have to go is essential
for the development of a safe young
driver

The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) states that “those who pass their driving test have had, on average, about 45 hours of professional training combined with 22 hours of private practice. Learners who prepare this way, with a combination of plenty of professional training and plenty of practice, do better in the test” (DSA 2008). |
Our experience supports this view. Customers are encouraged to take this information into account before applying for their driving test. It is also our experience that Extra Time is required for older beginners and those with special needs. If none of the following courses suite you - email or ring us and we will design a course that fits your needs Completion of any course will entitle all customers to a discount on their own insurance policy. |
